This mount allows a second alternator to be fitted to either charge auxiliary batteries instead of a split charge system or to maximise your charge current on winch challenge vehicles.An original 300 tdi alternator can be fitted or we can supply a high output alternator to suit whatever you require.

100 amp A127 Alternator 300 TDI
This 100 amp alternator fits 300 TDI engines and fits straight onto our Twin Alternator Mount. If you are replacing your 65 amp alternator with this one, it is recommended that you upgrade your wiring to a heavier cable back to the starter or batteries, as it is a higher output than the standard ones fitted.(please note pulleys don't always come with the alternators)
